During December, the staff and families from Pennine Law are fundraising again for Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas. Hallam FM and Greatest Hits Radio’s Mission Christmas appeal invites the community to donate toys and gifts for children. Mission Christmas ensures that every child wakes up to something under the tree on Christmas morning.
Every year, some year groups don’t get as many donations as other year groups. Mission Christmas has opened a facility to donate money, so they can fill the gaps where needed. If the appeal is successful enough, then any residual funds that have been raised will be distributed in grants throughout 2022.
Cash for Kids
This year, the team at Cash for Kids need our support more than ever. They have already had to close their applications for gifts as they have already accepted 15% more than they raised last year… to the target is ambitious. Pennine Law has already pledged our support.
We’re raising money in the offices, and we’re having a bit of fun while doing so. We have Christmas jumper days coming up and we’ve even had a socially-safe bake sale. Who can resist a nice slice of cake, especially at Christmas?
We need you
BUT… we need your help now. We’re calling on the wider community and all our clients. Please help us in raising some much-needed support for this worthy cause. No one should be without at Christmas.
Pennine Law has a dedicated family team fronted by Deborah Bates. We are here to help families no matter what difficulties they might be experiencing. As specialists and parents ourselves, we know and understand how challenging it can be for children when their parent’s relationship may be breaking down. No matter what, we always put the children’s best interests first whilst trying to guide the grownups through what are already tough decisions. We help parents to work together as best they can whilst trying to create a stable and secure future for their children.
Mission Christmas Leader Board
At the time of writing this, we currently sit at number 15 on the Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas Leader Board. We want to climb that ladder and show everyone how great our community is, we would love to be in the top-10. So please, dig deep and do what you can to help ensure that every child receives a gift from Santa on Christmas day.
