Holly Dawson brings her expertise and passion for Commercial Property law to her role as an Assistant Solicitor at Pennine Law, based in the Hoyland office. With a strong educational background and practical experience, Holly is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients.

After obtaining her LLB in Law with Criminology from the University of Manchester in 2019, Holly pursued further studies at the University of Law in Leeds. There, she completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters in 2020, laying the foundation for her legal career.

Joining Pennine Law in May 2021, Holly embarked on her Training Contract, culminating in her qualifying as a Solicitor in May 2023. In her current role, Holly specialises in Commercial Property law, assisting clients in the sale or purchase of commercial property and rural land.

Holly’s favourite aspect of her work is acting for Landlords or Tenants in the preparation of leases and ancillary documents for commercial properties. Whether it’s retail premises, an office, or an industrial warehouse, Holly is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.

Outside of the office, Holly’s adventurous spirit shines through her passion for travel. Always planning her next trip abroad, she immerses herself in different cultures, traditions, and monuments, capturing her experiences through photography to share her highlights with others.
